Carol of the Bells - Orchestral Arrangement

This piece is a mix of four of my favourite Christmas carols but in my style. It's my first ever release with LSR, and my first time mixing other people's pieces together! I wanted to try and mix multiple pieces under Carol Of The Bells but I couldn't think of any that would work well for the first section I wrote. That was until I was listening to 'Enya', and 'O come O come Emmanuel' came on. I had only heard it one other time before, but knew I had to use it. All the other pieces flowed after. Whenever I think of Christmas or winter, I always think of the colour blue. I find that it's normally associated with sadness, but I do feel like winter seems a bit melancholy. The pieces I used also reminded me of that colour and feeling. That's one of the reasons why I used them.
