“A Soft Embrace” was written about a moment that feels safe to stay in, even when you know it might not last. There’s something comforting in being held by a feeling so completely that, for a while, nothing else seems to matter. It carries a sense of both hope and uncertainty; not knowing what the moment means or where it will lead, but wanting to believe in it while it’s there, wanting to trust in what you’re feeling, while still sensing that the moment is already beginning to slip away.
